Earth Resolve Solutions is a consulting, facilitation and dispute resolution practice built on that observation: the solutions already exist, and what they lack is a set of working relationships strong enough to carry them.
We tend to treat the relational side of a project as a courtesy, something to attend to once the real work is finished. Then the protests start, the legal challenge lands, the partners stop returning calls, and the project stalls or dies. Almost none of those failures are technical. Earth Resolve Solutions helps governments, organizations and individuals prevent conflict and build partnerships that can survive disagreement and still deliver.

Multi-Party Practice
Big infrastructure, a new regulation, a program that crosses three departments: none of it gets done by one organization acting alone. Earth Resolve Solutions builds the working relationships that let a group of organizations actually deliver what they have set out to do. The work covers strategy and governance, facilitation and multi-party dialogue, process design and engagement, and social and well-being assessment. I do it with governments and public agencies, Indigenous governments and organizations, developers and utilities, and the funders, boards and coalitions that sit between them.
Dispute Resolution
The same role, applied to conflict between people rather than between organizations. That covers conflict coaching for someone dealing with a difficult relationship at work, mediation in civil, human rights and workplace matters, and peacebuilding where the conflict runs deeper than any single dispute and the relationship itself has to be rebuilt. I work with individuals, employers, counsel, unions, tribunals and boards, and often with people who are simply living inside a conflict and want a way out of it.
